Here she is! A burrito-style long and low bike.
She rides like a dream with the front suspension and large seat. Be on the lookout for pedal strikes in corners though!
A few pictures on how it started:
Starting point.
In pieces.
CADboard works.
More pictures how the bike stands right now:
The name inspiration came from Redneck engineering and a game from my youth: Redneck Rampage:
Specs:
- Steel standard cruiser frame cut in pieces. Added parts of a heavy table and clothing rack. All steel baby.
- 24" wheels. 24x2.125" tires.
- 44t to 16t sprockets, I like to go fast.
- Lowrider springer fork, changed it and made it stiffer. With bushings now.
- Ape hanger bars with torpedo grips.
- F4 Phantom scaled shark mouth stickers.
- Wrench chain clearance guide thingy.
- 152mm cranks with plastic pedals. Easy to pedal strike in corners!
Thanks for the aid, tips and great fun building this beast!
