I responded to a craigslist add, basicly one Christmas Dad decided to fix up his sons old bike and keep up with the BMX craze,sons reaction ,Dad why did you paint my bike!!, So I guess this has been a sore spot in the family for a long time,Hence the add and the price $15....no brainer, Also listed a 69 Stingray, I knew that was wrong, I believe its a Western flyer Buzz Bike.


Also hit a yardsale and bought a set of skates for the wheels

Nice find on the bones! I love buying old boards for dirt cheap at yard and estate sales.

Definately a Huffy built bike, hard to say what it might have started as , but a gold-coppertone color might have been Sears badged.

Would be a good one to build a custom bike from ( again ) . nice score.
