I didn't say that, I put my info in to get free stickers but I have not received anything yet.

where are they making them? still in taiwan? i think thats the reason they went under back in the 80s....oh and theres plenty of guys who HATE hutchs....i personally worked for 3 years in corn fields to make enough to cover the cost of a frame/fork/bars back when i was a little kid and im glad i got an american made one! so yeah i like them but they werent any better or worse than say gt,haro,redline,se from back in the day....just personal preference
costs were all pretty close as well.
anyhow....thanks for the link...and to answer you question about hutch serial #s nope...not really any rhyme or reason to them...just look and see if they have a baseball after the serial # and check how even the welds are and if they look nice to tell where they were made.
