Rebuilding Pedals

Hey all,

I can't imagine the C Chanel or H Chanel rubber strips were manufactured for the bicycle industry. I'm looking for some kind of weather stripping or similar and wondering if anyone has alternates or ideas.

I have access to some 3003 (soft aluminum) extrusions but they are not quite there.

Leather? Plastic?

Why? The reflectors are too cool.

Panel seem splice/concealer in various depths. Should do it if I can find less than 40' of it...
