Ok I'm calling this one "RIVET MASTER"
Not much to look at right now. I won't be using the Schwinn forks

Ok, Just machined a temporary wrench on mill.
I cut front fork axle pocket a little deeper to make tire land a little closer to fender.
i also made and welded a brake drum mounting tab to fork. I did find a rear fender to match front.
painted rear hub and clear coated it. Oh and broke a tap int the top of fork i had to go cryogenic on it!
 
This should be interesting.
 
I diid a mock up and test ride. Not sure about the torpedo tank. I will add material to rear of rack and fill hole in chain guard need to find some cool bars i will paint bars and stem. and i welded seat tube at bottom bracket it was cracked. Thats one of my custom made rear stands.

Thanks, its all most finished waiting for a warm day so i can bead blast frame out side.
Rims are worksman got them direct many years ago they sold ss heavy gauge spokes too.
Rim holes are large.
I use there rims on a lot of my builds.
