Sprayed some paint and clear coat On rims and hub. I need to lace up wheels

for mock up. Rear hub is in the mail (8 speed) also Stainless steel #10 spokes

Mounted Hook worm Tire to check look . I wanted to use the Hank tires but only found one so far

Laid some lines on the hub and laced up front rim Turns out

i do not have the correct spoke wrench!

Ok, Just machined a temporary wrench on mill.
I cut front fork axle pocket a little deeper to make tire land a little closer to fender.
i also made and welded a brake drum mounting tab to fork. I did find a rear fender to match front.
painted rear hub and clear coated it. Oh and broke a tap int the top of fork i had to go cryogenic on it!

I diid a mock up and test ride. Not sure about the torpedo tank. I will add material to rear of rack and fill hole in chain guard need to find some cool bars i will paint bars and stem. and i welded seat tube at bottom bracket it was cracked. Thats one of my custom made rear stands.

Made a valance for the rack. started to install rivets on fork and bead blasted chain guard and guards.Also have new Wald bars #828 i will paint them gray.

Folowing this ! looks promessing ! nice job so far where can i get rims like yours ? rounded profile /super thick flanges and 'spoke bumps' or what ever the name perfect for my dream board tracker replica

Thanks, its all most finished waiting for a warm day so i can bead blast frame out side.
Rims are worksman got them direct many years ago they sold ss heavy gauge spokes too.
Rim holes are large.
I use there rims on a lot of my builds.
