In the past, .mov files weren't supported...I believe that still may be the case. Converting to another format may circumvent your problem.

That’s the IPhone default (.mov) don’t understand why it isn’t supported. The Upload Video button was said to make uploading video easier. Not interested in using a conversion app or YouTube.
