I looked up the serial number on bikehistory.com, and found out the manufacture date (Oct 7 or 8, 1952), but that doesn't identify model.The DX? should have a serial number to show if it's a 52 model.

With a curved lower top tube, only the Equipped Standard D-13 model is shown in the catalog. All the other 26" bikes have a flat bar or cantilever frame. There's a chance the catalog wasn't correct with the illustrations but that's probably what it is. From the 52 catalog:
