I like the way the old Schwinn red paint faded to orange. You just can't fake that. Looks like about all you need is a set of chubby Schwinn early oval grips and you'll be all original. The seat is a Phantom seat for sure but black instead of leather. Unusual but it looks correct. Maybe black leather?? Older style springer with 3/8" truss rods. I'll guess it's a '51-'54. Have you checked the serial number? Gary
