Try this video by RJ...I find him a bit easier to follow than Bart. RJ's demonstration uses a fixed-length cable, so he removes slack by sliding the cable stop. In YOUR application, just eliminate the slack at the clamp bolt instead. Everything else in the procedure is exactly the same.
