Schwinn horn tank & Stingray seat

I picked up this Schwinn tank and mint
stingray seat at my local Flea Market today. Thrilled with the seat for a 67 Fastback I'm fixing up. Now I need a frame to go with my tank.

Chrome straight bar tank came on only one bike. Panther. And they only came in 26" if I remember right. Gary
