Has some weather checked Super Crest tires, but they hold air and ride.
Wheels need truing but are super shiny and clean, but For $40 I couldn't pass it up.
Thinking of putting Schwinn exerciser mini apes on it, new tires, smaller seat and maybe a basket.

They are few and far between around here too. Either people think they are worth $1000 or they want them goneven, but that doesn't happen often.
