SE Quadangle Pro/Haro crank?

I just aquired a MUCH abused SE Quadangle Pro,(now undergoing restoration) The crank is cast with 'Haro' in typewriter looking font in the center.The right arm is stamped SE...

Are HARO and SE somehow connected?

I dont think so, I had a Quadangle Pro and it was laser etched with an "SE" on the arm. Haro cranks are a little different with an almost square tube closer to the spindle and SE tubes are more similar to the DK Chopsticks. I picked up a Quadangle pro for 50.00 turned around and traded it for a Haro Backtrail 24 in mint condition then sold the Backtrail for 240.00
