saw this last weekend at a flea market,asked the guy how much and he said it wasn't for sell yet,his buddy was going to look it up on ebay.went by the flea market this weekend expecting some outrageous price on it. the price was less than i would have offered. i couldn't believe it still had the chain guard and pads. i think it's a 1982 model.

It's funny because everything else on that bike says late 70s early 80s BMX and I always thought the wheel discs were a late 80s deal.

Maybe someone stuck a set of those on that bike when the trend kicked in.

I think I have to agree with you. It looks like a `78 model frame. In the early `80`s the rear drops were between the seat and chain stays similar to this:

BTW, that FS500 is a Murray built bike just in case you didn`t already know that lol.
