Yesterday, I found this old Galoob, gumball-machine toy. I think I'm going to put all of my loose ball bearings in it. A fun and functional piece to keep on the workbench.

So, a buddy of mine was actually stopped on his MXII Redline by a bored cop for not having a reflector on his bike. My buddy was a little irritated about it since it wasn't even dark yet, but I figured the cop probably wanted to check out the bike or know why a 55 yo man was riding a kids bike!
Long story short he didn't get a ticket & we ended up discussed tracks/ trails & no reflector policies. I casually mentioned that he should put a strip of reflective trailer tape on his seatpost. My buddy scoffed at the idea, but after thinking about it, I decided to try it out. I had some reflective tape leftover from a boat trailer that I built, put a strip on the Haro last night.
I typically don't ride at night but...
