Oh. Well. Of course it is. And of course they are.
Yep, that was why I chose the CCM version, I like the speedster frames, but you just don't see them up here. CCMs are in every barn and garage up hereLooks very similar to a Schwinn Camelback, not that hard to find in the USA since Schwinn made about 1.4 zillion of everything... Speedsters (the actual model name) came in 26" and 27" tire variations.

It is a Supercycle camelback, made by CCM. I assume they're tough to find outside Canada
That particular example is all kinds of parts. Orange frame, red fork, blue guard... But the link had more pics, there was a badgeView attachment 209746
It has Raleigh forks...so, it could be a Raleigh. They made these under many names, and before TI there were similar Phillips, Rudge, Hercules and more.
It is a raliegh. Raleigh made supercycle for Canadian Tire. CCM didn't start making bikes for Canadian Tire till the late 70s and mostly kids bikes.Cottered crank too CCM used almost all one peice.View attachment 209746

Yes but with a hacked up mixie.Discussing slammed bikes with Ingola today, and I came up with a sketch for those bikes that are so low you can rolling them upside down:
