I thought I had posted to this topic. My Photo host musta crapped out. Well, if you haven't seen this one before, it's new to you.

I am currently looking for a tank for this bike. Any Columbia/Westfield built straight tank will do. Higgin's branded or not.

I recently found a JC Higgins bike with the manifold tank. All original, as far as I know. Can't find out much about this bike.

It's a 6" KC Daylighter headlight powered by a RC car battery.

this is a 1941. belonged to my wifes brothers. i got it about a yr. and a half ago. it is now torn down to be rebuilt.

the name of this bike is : General Custer. why? well my wife's maiden name is Custer and yes they are related to the General. so i think it would be good to call it that. ok,ok, here is the pic..

Here's mine. My favorite rider till the chain broke the other day. Gotta find a rusty one to replace it.
