Saw this on FB, thought it looks cool.
what kind of tires are those?two spot said:It looks like the manufacturer of that half track deal is out of business. Their website is totally gone. I thought wouldn't it be cool put one of those kits on a Felt MP? but leave a knobby tire up front. Like a bicycle version of a military half track. Anyways If I was better at photoshop I would mock that up. A buddy of mine in Mpls is involed in the Minneapolis Fat Bikes group and he recently posted this picture:
He has a Salsa Mukluk frame and is running 4" wide tires on 82mm rims.
Regards,
You're killing me with those awesome MP ideas!!two spot said:I thought wouldn't it be cool put one of those kits on a Felt MP? but leave a knobby tire up front. Like a bicycle version of a military half track.

Maybe there are mountains near that desert or something
MPLSCOASTER.. Trust me Bro thats a real skibike and New Mexico has mountains that only you can dream of where you live.
Most ski areas sit at 10,000 ft and get more then it's share of snow. Go ahead google it.
Now I'm laughing.
I remember when you built your bike. Lots of cool features. I hope you get some snow soonexpjawa said:I build this bike at the end of last winter mostly out of left over parts hanging around the shop. It was too late in the season to really get to use it in the snow much, so I'm waiting for the first real snow of the winter here to take it for a ride. Theoretically, we might see some this weekend...
