Springer on a Felt Deep Six?

Might as well bust my 1st post cherry with a question on my Deep Six.

Trying to figure out if the the Felt Abraham and/or Jerry Springer will bolt onto my Deep Six. I've searched the forums and found that the 3" wide Thick Bricks will fit the Abraham... but the local dealer is telling me that the steerer tube may be too short (but not sure) for my frame. Anyone know for sure?

Same with the Felt Jerry Springer... no specs online to know if the 3" wide Thick Brick will fit. And same question on the steerer tube length. Anyone?

I called Monark Forks and they state a 3" wide tire won't fit.

Any other ideas??

Unfortunately I can't give you any real solid information but just looking at photos I would have a hard time believing that the Abraham Linkage wouldn't work on the deep six frame. The head tube doesn't look that long on the deep six. Not like Electras. Those bikes have some long head tubes. Hopefully someone here will chime in tough who actually knows what they are talking about, unlike me. :lol:

Did felt make two different sized frames, I have a felt that has a 1 1/8, what size is yours?

Deep Six is 1-1/8... just not sure how the long the stock steerer tube lenght compares to other models. I believe they pre-cut the Abraham fork to 8.5 inches (no idea on the Jerry)... I'll need to take some measurements tonight to see how that lines up but I have the feeling it's longer. I do have 1/2 inch of stock spacers so hoping that may help.

Was hoping someone already wend down this road.
