picked it up today. 5 speed. can't find any info with the serial number, but i think it's a 68 by the handlebars and what i got from oldroads. pics'll come tomorrow

check the #s either on the headtube or the right drop-out.
the handlebar and the blade fork dont look rite.

It was made on or after 1975. The teardrop chainguard is a dead give-away. Also this was not a stick shift bike. Schwinn stopped selling bikes with stick shifts in 1973 because Ralph Nader is a REAL BIG JERK!!!!!!! :mrgreen:
