Strange BMX Scooter (SkootStar)

found a strange BMX scooter on ebay
https://www.ebay.com/itm/255076821660interesting as it is...frame looks like it would be a good platform for a diy motor as well (double down tubes, flat mounting point)... but who knows what the rear stay width is, i'd guess it's two front wheels....

To me, it looks like a home brew. I think you are correct, that appears to be a fork welded to the top tube to make the rear section.

It's got two front wheels that match, and the board has a name brand and fits perfectly, so I'd say it was production. Probably having a bar down the middle made it harder to ride than a regular scooter. I thought about doing that to my long recumbent frame, a long board scooter with the frame running down the middle. I still might do that after seeing this one.
