APPRENTICESHIP UNDER THE STRATOBLASTER MASTER.
Having attained sufficient levels of experience and awarded the blessings of The Evil Entities, a very small number of diversionary practitioners, known as rock stars, were qualified to petition one of the very few and most revered Stratoblaster Masters for an opportunity to study under their guidance.
The very first phase of their apprenticeship required each student to build his own Stratoblaster.
The skills and craftsmanship necessary to design and fabricate the multitude of individual components was a long and painstaking process.
These initial steps would sometimes take nearly a century to complete. Most of those practices still remain shrouded in mystery.
Our adventure begins upon receiving a personal note from an unidentified source informing us that if we should happen to be immediately outside of a certain residence just as the bongs were striking midnight, we would be ushered in to watch and document the final assembly of a particularly interesting Stratoblaster.
Of course we jumped at the unprecedented honor and arrived at the appointed hour, as instructed, with paper and pencil in hand.
