No extraordinary work here compared to other builds, just trying to think forward with the billion times seen hot rod combo (Black/red/ivory) in mind and trying to keep it simple and bare to basics.

Well... almost alive...have to tighten all bolts and just can't find the stem bolt... and also have a problem with pedals...they aren't in the same axle but can't find my mistake.


Hope to go for the first ride as soon as possible...even if I'm a little afraid to ride a fixed gear. I'm a coaster brake lover!!!!!

And yes cell phone pics suck... Will do better ones once completely finished. Also have to find a nice background for finished pics.

... just back from a few miles in the Swiss night around the block .... rides like an arrow!!!!!

It's just a little scary to ride for the first time a fixie with flip flops!!!! :lol: :lol: :lol:

Have to check the crank, sometimes when I pedal it's suddenly go too fast like if there is no more chain. Any thought of what can it be? Pedals are tighten as much as I could.

Could one or both crank arms not be all the way tight?... or not lined up with the key-way on the spindle?
