looking for ideas to build a beer delivery bike for my Irish pub. have a prewar donor bike, I'll post up additional picks of other parts I've accumulated.
Class 1 for me.
Pat M.
Here is one I built from parts from a lot of different manufacturers. It uses the same fork you’re using.

I have many parts to build a build off project. I don’t know when I can start. I recently had a fusion in one of my dominant hand fingers and it takes two months to heal. I don’t know what I’ll be able to do after that. My dominant hand fingers are numb, which will make putting a wheel together challenging.

So sorry to hear! I’m hoping for a full and speedy recovery for you!

I’m not concerned at this point. It slowed me down for awhile. As long as my finger doesn’t ache after healing like it did before I’ll be happy. I haven’t collected all the parts together from my stash for my build. I’ll need spokes and a headset at a minimum. I guess I could determine spoke length and toss some rusty parts in rust buster. I can’t think of much else I’ll be able to do starting March 1. I think I could weld fairly soon but fitting, filing and grinding the pieces to weld seem a long way off right now. I’ll tinker away at what I can and gradually do more things that require a thumb and gripping. Thanks or your concern, I appreciate that.

At the moment I am contemplating a kids version of my recent swing bike build and am therefore hunting for suitable 26' frames. This would put me in class 2 for the first time.
Maybe I'll give the Skinny'matic another shot, as I have the most parts ready, but untouched since the beginning of the WBO...
We will see how much time I can spend on the campground this year. One long weekend will probably do for tje swing bike, the other will take some more time...

Since it's been modified before (started out as a step thru) definitely going class two. Drivetrain isn't what I have in mind so really just this frame n' forks for the Taco Truck...

Brought home my first score yesterday:

The frame is perfect for what I have in mind and I got some nice parts with it.

Today I picked up the second frame, but my car gave up on me on the way back home. It had to get towed to the workshop, where it sits now with the bike in the back. Going to take out my trailer tomorrow and pick up the bike by bike...

I would take that Sachs shifter in a heartbeat best still have a couple missing parts

I love the wingnuts and the grips too
Shifter, wheel set, pedals and wingnuts will be sold to finance the build. My goal is to keep it under 50.- € (until now I spent 40 for two donor bikes).
The grips I intend to keep for the Skinny'matic.

Brought home the second donor bike today. It's a perfect fit for what I have in mind. Most of the parts will stay on it. I hope that I can save a few of it's nice stickers...

For now it is stashed away in the basement, together with it's green counterpart, waiting for the first of May....

I didn't do it like this for the first time. It's an idea born out of necessity...
This is about 6 years ago....
