This is a cool bike and it's original. If you want to keep this bike in it's present state, use a product called extend. You can find it at most hardwere stores, it stops rust and clear coats it. You may want to try it on some junk first to see if you like the finish. It's a little shinning for me, but Ithink you can use a satin clear over it.
