Originally wanted to restomod a vintage road bike but they're not cheap and neither are the parts. (Plus it's been done a lot).
While searching road bikes I kept seeing these carbon road bikes that weren't very old that seemed like a great deal. (like 3k off retail). So got to thinking it would be cool to strip one to bare carbon and polish all the aluminum parts like a vintage road bike would have had.
Much more work than expected. 6 years later here it is.

You took a pretty uniquely designed mid-high end road bike (the OCLV carbon process is one of a kind proprietary to Trek) and actually made it look like an updated version. Kudos!
