So I'm leaving the front wheel for the moment.
On to the main body....

I'm doing it in sections to make it manageable
 
So with the shape put in, the front edge is prepared to be turned. I want this as a sharp edge, probably the only one on the bike.
First the fold line is drawn, then the edge is pre-stretched.

Then folded and offered up to the bike.
Oops, I put the line in the wrong place!

So a new line is drawn using the front axel as the centre of the arc (how I should have done it in the first place!)
And the edge flattened out and re-folded. During this process the edge goes into a horrid wobbly mess.... Stay strong David , it will be fine.... Lol

Moving on to the drive side, the panel was duplicated, just the opposite.
I want the chain to be enclosed within the bodywork. Unfortunately the pedal hits the aluminium

A small step was put in using the swaging machine.

It's better, but it still touches the aluminium.

So the next step is to flatten out the curvature of the panel. The front folded edge will need stretching and the area within the pedal will need shrinking.
