one little question:
what are those springs in the frame for :?: (these guys on youtube don't seem to have some)

are they for keeping the bike straight when riding it normally? :?: :idea:

I don't use springs because they just get in the way.

I only build bikes with springs if requested. The idea is that they keep you from losing control, but I can ride mine no handed without a lock or springs.

The main reason is It makes you feel safe.

its good .. i like it... that is one of them bikes.. if you where a kid when they came out .. you wanted one..
I was on an airforce base in japan .. when they came out.. they are wicked cool... never had one...

Very nice,
All I need or my swing to make it a compleat bike is the rear fender. It has the orignal tires on it & they are still perfect .... Kept indoors or 36+ years. Took the enders of when I was a kid like a bone head & now can only account for the front one lol.
What was I thinking ??
