Older Free Spirit frame/fork/fenders. Schwinn middleweight wheels and old drop bars.
I was messin around and found an old roadbike innertube and discovered it fit the bars pretty good.
Cut it in half,Slid it on, cut and tucked the ends in with a bar plug.
