this tiger needs help!

hey everyone... I can really use some help with my new project it's a Schwinn tiger....I need to know what year this bike is....the serial # is N28150 it has a 3 speed shifter and the rear hub says made in Austria Schwinn approved also has a rear rack from Germany...it also has the larger Schwinn badge I will take all the help I can get....

If it is a 54 somone has changed the chain guard. 54 was the first year of the middle weight schwinn and has a hockey stick chain guard.62 was the first year for Chrome fenders.

well I think you may be right....but I wasn't sure the fenders are not chrome as a matter of fact the chainguard does not have any chrome either...thanks for the info...
