This is a new frame I just bought on sale cheap. It's advertised as a 700C frame, but I tried my 26" Sram 2 speed on it along with a big crankset to see how it looked. So this is how it will be. I hope to keep it light and fast. It's a 22 inch frame so it will fit me better a little lower to the ground. The wheel is on backwards but it's just for a look.
Now I have to scrounge up forks and handlebars and everything else. I might have everything in my pile of parts..
I have another frame coming just like it that will be built 700C.

I tried a threaded fork but can't find a 34mm headset that is made for a threaded fork. My new unthreaded fork arrived yesterday. It's as heavy as the whole frame. I'll take both the frame and fork to the bike shop to be sure I have the right headset, although a 34mm looks right.

I gave the frame a few coats of clear this morning.

I had the same problem with a fork that looks pretty long you could probably get a way with a threadless

The 26" fork isn't the one shown, but it is long enough to use as if it didn't have threads and maybe trim them off as the head tube is less than 5".
