Stopped by a friends to ask about a frame......disappointingly he decided to keep it. But...He told me he had a three wheeler I could have just for getting it out of his way. Well I'm all for free even if I have no idea what to do with it :roll: Said he was going to make a parade bike out of it about 15 years ago and just pushed it aside. It's an old factory bike and has a tool box that goes on the back. Don't care for the new seat tube or chopper forks but it was free. I have no idea what brand it is but it has a tag riveted on the top bar with Allison and a 6 digit number on it....looks like an inventory tag.
He respoked the original front drum hub into a 16" wheel.
Also got a cool set of old Carlisle blue tread gumwall knobbys
And a nice original Troxel seat, stamped with the Elgin logo on the top cover for my '37 Elgin motobike.
