hello Designit then all materials I buy from a scrap yard in my town nörrkoping sweden .
it was an industrial machine.and I took some parts that I need to build my tools.
but you can find them on internet in your country or you can go to companies who build aluminum doors, windows, frames and industrial machines.
or like my go to scrap yard you will find there every thing that you need to build your tools very very cheap
you only need little imagination on the place, to see what you need for your needs :arrow:

thank you sensor for your toughts but my bikes I build them before I had this tools .
I build them in my apartment with a grender a drill and a welder.
my bikes are made last winter .
and the tools what I show you now I build them in the last 2,3 weeks .
soon I will put pictures with my new projects using my new tools, and show you how they work.

hello guys I will show you my first pipes bend with my roll bender

here you can see my tool room dont give me space to bend enaugh

here when you bend a pipe you must to take in consideration minimum 300 mm lose pipe on the each side the distance of the midle roll and the side one

here is the first check on the jig

here you can see the part what I need to cut and haw luck the pipe inside the circle .the pipe is 53 mm x1,5mm very strong pipe stinless still. I work 130 minutes to bend this pipe

here it is my new band saw .I can cut rings to 1,5 mm thick very precis saw

Last night I dont sleep good. and today I bought a drilling and milling machine now I can build some parts more easy,
like TORK ARMS FOR ELECTRIC HUB MOTORS,DROPS OFF etc.

hello guys it is time to put my tools to work. I will show you haw I build my first tork arm for my bike.

it is so easy to do it when you have proper tools
