LOL! I was a huge VH freak back in the day... lost my voice many times howling along with Sammy Hagar.

Now I mostly listen to blues, or worship music while I work in my shop. Weird, yeah, I know.

My current fave blues albums, in no particular order:

Primus - frizzle fry
The crystal method - legion of boom or Vegas
White zombie - la sexercisto devil music volume 1

You limited me to 5 albums, and these are some of my favorites but
I've got almost a terrabyte of music in the shop

It's tough for me to nail down my top five, I listen to everything from Acid Rock to Zydeco.

I do like heavy music (Godsmack, Distrurbed, etc..) when I'm grinding/fabbing parts, but like surf guitar (D Dale, The Surfaris, etc.. ) when I'm doing finesse work/assembly.

Whatever you like, play it and enjoy!

I am not much of an album person. I usually download all the greatest hits of a certain artist or sometimes I'll pull together a playlist of a certain style of music. My top five favorites right now...
