Trike price help

I've got a guy interested in buying this from me, to give to his mother. I'm not familiar with pricing on trikes, so I figured I'd ask the incredible fountain of knowledge that is RRB's.

If I was selling that locally, I would probably price it close to $300, but be happy with $200.

$150-200 is the range my lbs sells a used single speed trike for.

I should add he sells new Schwinn meridian trikes for 250

I have got this one on CL right now for $160 and have had no action...

Woah..... Are you serious with that price? Well then!! I'm honestly surprised at that... thanks KF! That gives me a significant profit margin over the 50$ I threw out for it I think I'll tell him 200 and go from there.
