two bikes need help figuring out the years

first bike says its a montgomerywards hawthorne but i can't find one like mine anywhere. heres the numbers we could find B091043
SE-31-605-RO any info would be appreciated.
the other is a phillips 3 speed internal picked it up at a bike shop numbers on it are1648166 these were on the pipe under the seat.

Phillips should be easy. There is a year on the rear hub if it is a Sturmy Archer.
