Don't be fooled by their 200K in sales claim. That was GROSS sales. Now take into account the lease on the location, electricity, water, telephone, advertisement, insurance, payroll, taxes...the list goes on and on. I owned a screen printing business some years ago in my hometown. I had years where the business GROSSED 500K. That sounds good, but be prepared to take the bad with the good. One year my personal gross income was $4,800.00...FOR THE YEAR!

Yeah, I didn't miss the "gross" part of his description. Imagine every expense being inflated since it's at a beach and that half the year you'd have less than half the business because of the season. He better own the building outright.
