care to post the serial # ? its definately a shorty stingray frame. but the crank, fenders, guard are not schwinn. the seat its got on it looks more like an 80s style but even its a little bit different that what i remember seeing on schwinns. red schwinn badges didnt showup until late 70s either. maybe an early scrambler or stingray 2 or just a compilation of random parts.
the seat has the schwinn badge on the back, the number is ka3217

should be a 65 then if it starts ka (but should be followed by 5 digits).
is that coppertone paint under the silver on the top tube ?
