Here is a light that I just bought at an antique mall for $8.00 to convert into a Bicycle Headlight, does anyone know what this was for or came off of ?

Looks military(OD Green), but no idea why they might use that? I cant read that lettering on theside of the reflector.
KD-328? Anything else anywhere?
 
It has KD 326 on reflectors and KD 60 on the housing, it does look military because of the drab green color.
