Cool, my sister lives in Asheville right off of 25. What's the official shop name going to be?, I'll have my brother in law check it out.

Absolutely awesome! I think you need to improve the sign over the door however.

Hey GOOD LUCK with it but I see you already have good luck with that Mercedes parked out in front.

Very interesting. Nice looking location. The shop looks good so far. Kinda wanting to try something similar.

How are you setting it up? Are you going all legit, as in a proprietorship or LLC? How were you feeling about actual brick and mortar as opposed to doing it out of your house.

+1, Good questions as i am interested in knowing these things as well. You're doing the thing that many of us hope (or dream) to be doing our selves. Definately let us know of the challenges and pitfalls you come across.

Hello, Brian here - or "B" as my buddies like to call me...
Welcome to B-Rides-Bikes! B-Rides-Bikes is a custom bicycle restoration project that provides really unique styles at very affordable prices.

I created B-Rides-Bikes for several reasons. They just don't make them like they used to! I am working on bikes from from the 1940's through the early 1980's. I come across so many unique styles that we just don't see today. I love making them like new again. I can even customize your bike to suit your needs and style - complete with baskets, saddlebags, horns and bells!

The best part is, restoring an old bicycle is environmentally responsible. B-Rides-Bikes goes a step further than recycling, we're actually upgrading the parts to make an even better product than it's original use. We call this "up-cycling".

Who doesn't love to ride bikes? Maybe it's been awhile but I believe biking is a way to bring people together and can really help our health and the environment. Riding bikes unleashes the inner child in each of us. I love riding bikes and I want to encourage other people to find their inner child and have some fun too!
I have a web page im working on so chect it out... http://www.wix.com/brbikes/first

in time I hope I will grow out of this shop and then grow...as needed.
I hope to turn out fine bikes for everyone...all kinds of phat rides

I have thought about that type of shop specializing in older bikes and newer upgrades but the area I am in is questionable as far as supporting it (no money) but if I lived in a bigger area it would be a consideration with the economy ,the bike shops I talked to recently are talking about more and more people are fixing they're old bikes up than buying new.
