Thought I'd leave a little of my story here for all that may be wanting to find out what it is that I do.
a couple months ago was time to get some bikes to ride around and walk the dogs with... not wanting to spend too much, I went thru craigslist to buy used, the worse shape the better the price right? These bikes needed work! I had built my own BMX as a youth from a Schwinn Scrambler 2 frame and I'm mechanically inclined so tearing these down was easy to do as was re-assembling them. I sanded the frames down to metal before applying primer, then a flat black coat or two and before I knew it, I was riding down the street with people asking me where I got the bike and how much did I pay. I took the hint and sold both of those. It was when I was looking for the next ones to make that I decided to call it Chingon Kustoms.
Chingon Kustoms are one of kind beach cruisers and bmx bikes recycled and re-imagined by my hands and ideas. They will be collectible and usable. Conversation pieces in Millionaire's dens, but also not over priced so all can enjoy them. SO that's that idea...
here are a few of my rat rodded cruisers.
