Went to walmart today

Shopping with the wife I detoured thru the bike department in the super walmart. Wow, I was impressed to see the variety of cool looking bikes, cruisers, flat black "rat" type bikes, colored tires, fat tire thin tires, my head was spinning, they even have a bike Schwinn is calling a Fixie!! It has a fixed or freewheeling hub. Oh to be a kid again. I may be out of the loop but it was interesting to see how the custom trends have hit the mainstream department store bikes.

Yeah, doesn't take long for corporations to sniff out a trend, and quickly stamp out their own pale imitation. Of course, that goes for anything! :roll: -Adam

Google search "Pig Bike" or "Pig Bicycle" and you will see that this is nothing new. We would never have had muscle bikes if Huffy and Schwinn hadn't followed the custom trends of the day!

Hmm, I tried pig bikes and got pictures of pigs on bikes!
