That style is generally called the Flightliner, after the JC Higgins model, which was intro'd in 1958, and made at least thru 65. ~Adam

Its Aug 29th under the williamsburg bridge in brooklyn, I think it starts at 10 am. Im gonna see if I could get a couple more vintage bike guys to come.
