Is there fender halves that attach to the forks?

This is a Western Flyer X-53 and a normal fender fits in the front fork.

:21::rofl: I at first thought the green sign was a parrot on the fender!! Don’t know why bike parrots are on the mind?!? Ahhh, good times. Need me an X53 some day.

It would not have been the first time that parrots have been on one of my bikes. :D

Still playing around with the shop and going through some of the parts I am thinking of for this build. Letting the build and parts talk to me as we all do. (Right @Jake Sensi ?)

I was looking through my KingfishFinds page and saw these grips that I bought way back in 2012. Well, I then had to go to the right container for grips and they are a great match to the nanner.

I had a black pair similar to these on Flexy with some clubman bars and I have really been feeling that clubmans were the way to go with this build. Here is a mockup with them.

What other chain guards you got? That ones a bit like a watermelon, too curvy, otherwise this build is looking killa’

Coaster Brake Garage

I gotz plenty of guards. Just playing with one that was nearby. Still kinda early to play with guards though. Need the build to flesh out a little more.

I like the way those tires fit in the frame on those wheels so much, that hiding them with a chain guard or fenders might be a shame.

Then again, once the 'Fish starts floppin', we will likely see so many cool options that I will forget about this original look! :21:

Probably won't be any fenders because I feel even a stubby rear fender will visually interfere with the floatiness of the sissy bar.

I know the extended tubes are going to be bent upwards for a sissy bar, but I kinda like them shooting straight out the back like that, maybe trimmed an inch or two beyond the rear edge of the back wheel.

That would look cool too, but I have had the floating sissy bar for this frame in my head for many years now.
