didn't bugs bunny say that? anyway, it was a maroon cl weekend! '42 bf goodrich schwinn, '53 rudge. unusual (it seems to me) seat binder location on the bfg, plus neat boxed pinstriping on the fork. the rudge has a cool chrome capped sloping fork crown, rear dynohub, and a nice headbadge. "as found" pic- they're both considerably rougher than the photo makes them look......

The BFG is perfect. Black rims with black tires makes it look tough.

y' know, i couldn't say, i didn't check before the tear down (the chain/guard was all jacked up) i guess that will be for someone else to find out- while dynohubs are a cool idea, i'm not really into messing with lights and generators. it also came with a big tube doohickey- i guess battery back-up for when the bike is stopped, or?
