What color banana seat should I do?

I'd go for Mexican blanket or maybe bare metal with some custom pinstripe.

Well, this will sound strange, but were it mine, I'd go dark blue sparkle. It would give it an old school custom look and would compliment the headlight.

Are you keeping the fork chrome? If so, maybe Polished aluminum diamondplate?
