What is this Firestone?

What is this Firestone? My dad picked it up on eBay and it arrived last night. Serial numbers are on the bottom of the crank case and hard to read. I would take pics but I'm not home.
Notables-
-Diving plane head badge.
-skip tooth
-chain guard covers entire sprocket
-long spring seat.
Can't find much. Believe it might be prewar? Any help is appreciated. Thanks guys!
