What is this hub?

I have a 26" rim off a early 50's western flyer balloon tire bike, it has a bent axle, and the wrong bearings. the hub has a diamond stamped on it with the word WECO stamped in the middle of it.( MADE IN GERMANY). here's a picture of the rim, I was wondering if anybody can help me find the correct axle and bearings.
