It's not that I didn't read the ad guys. I want to know if this guy knows what he's talking about and if the price is right. He found this bike under his house and knows nothing of them, if this is the same guy that contacted me a couple of weeks ago from an ad I had on CL looking for vintage bikes.

Looks like a Schwinn Excelsior. Perfect for that Klunker build. But the price is pretty high.
