A friend of mine from work ran across this bike at trade day and brought it home. Said she was going to attach a basket and put flowers in it and put it in her front yard... I told her that I wouldn't do that... But it's hers and she can do what she wants. LoL!
Anyway. It's a skiptooth, twin bar with a L shaped seatpost... And it's rideable. Said they rode it around their neighborhood

So... Whatcha think?

1950's Murray made, maybe, with a bent seatstay. A serial number or closer look at the dropouts would help ID it.

I didn't even notice the bent spot... until you pointed it out!

Most likely a Higgins, I wouldn't use that as yard art. If they really want to use it as art I would see if you can get the skip tooth stuff off of it before they let it rot away.
