I'm sure someone who knows better can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think AllPro was K-Mart's house brand. And based on the front sprocket design and the shape of the fork crown, I'm thinking this was made by Murray. The chain guard looks the same as my Murray Monterey, which was made in the '80s.

i picked it up this morn.try and get pics tue,has lighteningdarts with chain tread and indian head tiers, was on my area for 2 weeks for$25,no one musta seen the tires,an unridden bike according to the add

Well, that rear sprocket did not wear itself, why is the chain sagging, and why is the rear dropout area covered in a spray of oily grime? It might not have seen much action, but it has seen some.

There are quite a few of these Murray built cruisers from the 80s that come with those Carlisle Lightning Dart tires. Murray, AllPro, WesternFlyer, etc... Even if you get them for the tires alone, they are usually good buys. Getting a set of basically NOS Darts for only $20 is a huge score!!!!!

i used to det a few but now most have had the tires changed, the lastest ones, dont have the indian head on em
Swallow used to make Knockoffs of these tires and iv'e had a few sets and are identical except for the name.. Nice tires any way... Razin...

Usually, TN built Murrays from the late '70s-mid 80s have a black sticker at the bottom of the seat tube, with the build date on it. -Adam
